Yoga is a spiritual discipline that is not only beneficial for your mood but also your body. By doing the following exercises every morning you will not only lose weight fast but will also raise your vibration (positive energy). 

Number 1: Lie Down on Your Bed, Stretch Your Hands

Lie down on your bed, close your eyes, stretch up your hands… all the way up and stretch up your feet. Come all the way back. Repeat 2-3 times.

Number 2: Cross Over

Take your foot and cross it all over your body and come back. Switch sides. Repeat 2-3 times.

Number 3: Move Your Knees in Circles

Bring one knee up and move it gently in circles. Switch the sides. Repeat 2-3 times.

This is how you get the body moving without getting up. Take your time and then sit up.

Number 4: Meditation

Spend 30 seconds to a couple of minutes meditating. Close your eyes and focus on your breath.

Number 5: Sit up and Stretch your hands

Sit at the end of the bed. Stretch your hands all the way up. Come over one side going lengthening and happier, and then switch the side. 

Number 6: Stretch Over

Stretch over. Shake head. Grow Up carefully.  

At this point, you should feel pretty good to stand out a bit of morning. And it’s not so bad. Stand up and do one last stretch all the way up. Now you are ready for the day.

It’s not hard to lose weight fast. All it takes is dedication.
