They say health is no laughing matter but sometimes a little humor can be good for the mind body and soul. Take this Indiegogo project for example. At first glance, it may look like a quirky way to build abs but it looks more like something you’d see in the “funny jokes” section of your local magazine.

Indiegogo Sexy Workout: 3 Things You Need to Know

INDIEGOGO SEXY WORKOUT COMBINES GOOD IDEAS WITH FUNNY JOKES

Over 95% of all lower back pain can be prevented with simple and correct exercise. At least, that’s what this Indiegogo project states. The SpineGym is the answer to the disappointing statistics. The company has some weird solution to offer.

SpineGym allows you to build up core muscles simply by standing. Apparently, it has an immediate effect on your posture and mood. It’s a good idea but, by the looks of it, people will be making some funny jokes.

INDIEGOGO SEXY WORKOUT INSPIRES FUNNY JOKES ABOUT JESUS

With this product, essentially the user is propped up by two poles behind his/her shoulders. One exercise has you extend your arms outward so you resemble that of Jesus Christ on the cross. While you’re there feeling great about your posture, neighbors will stare at you through a window cracking all kinds of funny jokes. In the end, you’ll get the last laugh, though, because you’ll have better posture from this strangely sexy workout.

INDIEGOGO USES FUNNY JOKES TO PROMOTE SEXY WORKOUT

Perhaps this Indiegogo campaign looks ridiculous. In fact, it absolutely does look ridiculous but at least it’s promoting a healthy lifestyle. Exercise is all the rage these days. Even Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj brought a sexy gym experience to one of the VMA’s. While fat shaming isn’t cool in the 21st century, working out is, and apparently, the more ridiculous you look, the better. Still, at least people are doing it for their own health, (or Tinder profile most likely).
